100-Day Leaders
Although many educational leaders engage in long‐term strategic plans and annual improvement plans, the latest research suggests that student performance, professional practices, and leadership success is best served by 100‐day cycles of improvement. This presentation sheds light on international research and illustrates a six‐step process for creating a 100‐day plan.
